½ cup confectioners' sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Whip butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in the confectioners' sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Beat on low for one minute, then on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Drop cookies by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Watch that the edges don't brown too much. Cool on wire racks.

2 eggs
¾ cup milk
⅔ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon rubbed sage
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 ½ pounds ground beef
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and mushrooms in a large bowl. Crumble ground beef over mixture and stir well to combine. Shape into a round loaf; place in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F (71 degrees C), 5 to 6 hours.
  • Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; spoon sauce over meat loaf. Return to slow cooker and cook on Low until heated through, about 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

2 tablespoons olive oil, or butter
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 bottle beer
salt and pepper mix, to taste

Steps:

  • Marinate the steaks in beer and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Remove from the fridge and pat dry with a paper towel. Allow steaks to rest for 20-30 until they are at room temperature. Generously season the meat with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Add filets to heated skillet and cook without touching for 2-4 minutes on each side.
  • In a separate pan, saute onion & garlic in butter.
  • Add cooked garlic and onions on top of steaks, then transfer the cast iron skillet to the oven and continue to cook for 7 minutes to achieve medium doneness.

2 large eggs
3/4 cup 2% milk
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Cut two 25x3-in. strips of heavy-duty foil; crisscross so they resemble an X. Place strips on bottom and up sides of a 5-qt. slow cooker. Not only are these these most delicious steaks they are so tender you can slice them with a butter knife! --- of coarse you may use any cut of steak desired, I prefer rib-eyes --- plan ahead the steaks needs to marinate for 6-24 hours and must be brought down to room temperature before cooking which may take a couple hours.

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (use only low-sodium)
3 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1 small onions or 2 small green onions, chopped
1 -2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dried rosemary (can use less)
1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
2 tablespoons steak seasoning, spice (any brand will do, I use Club House Steak Seasoning)
4 (11 -12 ounce) rib eye steaks (or a little smaller, or use steaks of choice)

Steps:

  • In a food processor combine all ingredients except the steaks; process until well blended.
  • Using a fork prick holes on both sides of the steaks, then place in a shallow glass baking dish or container.
  • Pour the marinade over steaks and turn to make certain that steaks are coated in the marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours (turning once or twice during marinating time).
  • A couple of hours before ready to grill remove the steaks from the fridge and the marinade, place on plates and let come down to room temperature (discard the marinade).
  • Grill steaks until desired doneness.
