2 loaves (1 pound each) unsliced Italian bread (about 11 in. long)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound thinly sliced fully cooked ham
1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
14 thin slices dill pickle

Steps:

Cut bread loaves in half lengthwise. Hollow out both halves of each loaf, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use). , Combine cheeses, onions, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce; spread over cut sides of bread. Layer ham and roast beef on bottom and top halves; place pickles on bottom halves. Gently press halves together. , Wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut each loaf into 7 slices.

These are great for a potluck or a picnic! Easy to make and you can assemble them in minutes! Don't make them too far in advance unless you put the lettuce and tomatoes on the side as they will become soggy. You can also put other things on the side for people to add like sliced onion, sweet peppers, etc.

Ingredients

32 (1 ounce) dinner rolls
32 slices tomatoes
32 lettuce leaves
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 ounces thin sliced provolone cheese
9 ounces smoked turkey breast (sliced)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces thin sliced swiss cheese
9 ounces smoked ham (sliced)

Steps:

Cut rolls crosswise in half.
Mix condiments together (Mustard and Mayonnaise for Turkey, Mayonnaise and Garlic Powder) and spread cut sides of rolls.
Cut cheese slices to size.
Fill rolls evenly with meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
Secure each sandwich with long wooden toothpick.
Stack on large platter. Cover and refrigerate until served.

2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. pesto
6 submarine or French bread rolls (16 oz.)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Cotto Salami, cut into quarters
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slices
2 cups lightly packed arugula
3 plum tomatoes, each cut into 8 thin slices

Steps:

Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread cut sides of rolls.
Fill with remaining ingredients.
Cut each sandwich into thirds to serve.

Place 3 slices of bread on your worktop. Spread each with a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture (you should use about ½ of it).
Now, take 2 slices of cheddar and place these on top of one slice. Add 1 or 2 slices of ham (see note 4) and top this with lettuce. Cover with second slice of bread and top this again with cheese (I only use 1 slice here), ham, lettuce and last slice of bread (spread side facing down). Press down slightly. Repeat the same with other 3 slices.
Cut each sandwich in half. Stick 6 toothpicks into each half and cut around them. You will get 6 mini sandwiches out of 1 half = 12 mini sandwiches out of 1 sandwich (check the process pictures for better understanding). Sticking the toothpicks in before cutting keeps the fillings from moving and makes it easier to cut the tiny sandwiches.
