Steps:
- Season chuck roast generously with salt and pepper. Rub flour evenly over the surface of the meat.
- In a large saute pan, warm oil over high heat until very hot but not smoking. Sear the roast until browned and crusty on all sides, about 15 minutes total.
- Place roast in the pot of a slow cooker. Pour beef broth around the roast. Sprinkle Ranch seasoning over the roast, place butter on top and scatter pepperoncini over and around the roast. Cover the slow cooker and set on low heat for 7-8 hours.
- When ready, shred the meat and mix with the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve over bread, egg noodles or potatoes.

Steps:
- Place the roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch and Au Jus seasoning over top.
- Place the pepperoncinis around the roast and then add in the juice.
- Place the stick of butter on top of the roast.
- Cook on low for 9 hours, or cook on high for 4-6.
- Use two forks to shred the meat.
- Serve over potatoes or rice.
- Enjoy!

- Dredge the chuck roast in flour, salt, and pepper, and massage it into the meat.
- In a skillet on a very high heat, brown the meat on all sides in the canola oil to create a crust.
- Transfer the meat to a slow cooker and top with butter and pepperoncini.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, and paprika until well combined.
- Spread over the meat, and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove the roast and shred with two forks.
- Return meat to the slow cooker, and stir to mix in the juices. Serve with fresh parsley.

- Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 Tbsp oil. Once hot, sear and brown the beef for 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a slow cooker bowl, add the beef broth. Then, add the seared beef, and top with ranch mix, au jus powder, minced garlic, pepperoncini, and sliced butter.
- Cook on low heat for about 7-9 hours, or on high heat for 4-6 hours or until fork-tender (a thinner piece of meat will cook faster and a thicker cut will take longer).
- Shred the beef and add back into the slow cooker, gently mix until combined with the buttery gravy.
