- In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Stir in sour cream until smooth. Fold in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping. , Place half of the banana slices in the crust; top with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving (pie will be soft- set). Refrigerate leftovers.

- Place half of the banana slices on bottom of crust. Set remaining banana slices aside.
- Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spoon half of the pudding mixture into crust. Top with remaining banana slices; cover with remaining pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Serve topped with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

- Mix wafer crumbs and butter for crust in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and chill 8 hours to overnight.
- Beat cream cheese for filling in a large bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in cold milk, condensed milk, pudding mix, and 1/2 of the whipped topping until smooth. Fold in remaining whipped topping.
- Remove chilled crust from the refrigerator and layer the bottom with 1/2 of the banana slices. Add 1/2 of the filling and spread with a spoon or cake spatula until smooth and bananas are covered. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup wafer crumbs. Place remaining banana slices over top and spread remaining filling over top to cover.
- Border the cheesecake all around the edges with wafer cookies and sprinkle 1/4 cup wafer crumbs in the center. Chill for 6 hours before serving.

My family just loves this creamy-licious pie -- It's quick and easy to make with instant pudding mix and a bit of cream cheese for that added special touch!

- In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese with 1/2 tablespoon sugar and stir until smooth; add pudding mix and milk; beat for 1-2 minutes until well blended and thick; set aside for a couple minutes.
- Slice 2 bananas into bottom of pie crust; whip cream with vanilla and remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar until thick; gently fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into pudding mix; spread filling evenly over sliced bananas in crust; cover pie with plastic wrap placed directly against filling; refrigerate for one hour or until pie filling is firmly set.
- To serve, slice reserved banana then garnish each slice of pie with it and remaining whipped cream.
