1/4 cup milk
1 green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Steps:

  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan on medium heat 15 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain.
  • Meanwhile, microwave cream cheese spread, milk and peppers in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 to 50 sec. or until cream cheese spread is melted when stirred. Stir in dill until well blended.
  • Add potatoes; toss to coat.

2 bunches green onions
1/2 cup butter
16 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon dried dill
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Boil potatoes until done. Drain and set aside.
  • Chop green onions and add to a frying pan with 1/4 stick of butter. Cook on medium heat until onions are soft. Add the rest of the butter and stir until melted.
  • Add container of sour cream, dill and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until sour cream is warm.
