2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons ice cream
1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 cup strawberry
1 banana
2 tablespoons pineapple
1/2 teaspoon protein powder
1/2 teaspoon flax seed oil

Steps:

  • Drain 1 small can of crushed pineapple and one of sliced pineapple. Slice a banana. Cut up strawberries, leaving some for garnish. Place ingredients, with exception of sliced pineapple, in blender. Blend to right consistency. It's better a little chunky. Put a whole strawberry in each drink and top the glass with a slice of pineapple. Happy New Year.

  • Combine kale and water in a blender; process until no chunks remain. Add banana, blueberries, pineapple, and mango; blend until smooth.

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup seedless red grapes
3/4 cup raspberry yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Red grapes and fresh strawberries, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 20-30 seconds or until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; garnish with grapes and strawberries if desired. Serve immediately.
