1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. oil
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 cups quartered strawberries

Steps:

  • Stir first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until blended. Whisk egg, milk and oil in separate bowl until blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.
  • Heat large nonstick skillet or griddle on medium-high heat. Working in batches, pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; cook 2 to 3 min. or until bubbles start to form on tops and bottoms are golden brown. Turn; cook 1 to 2 min. to brown other sides.
  • Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until blended. Serve over pancakes; top with strawberries.

1 cup sugar
3 cups water
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed

Steps:

  • Combine geletin, cornstarch, and sugar in a large saucepan.
  • Add water and stir to combine.
  • Add strawberries and mash (I use my potato masher) to break into small pieces.
  • Heat over medium-high heat until mixture boils.
  • Continue to boil for 1 minute or until syrup thickens.
  • Cool.
  • Store in fridge.
  • Warm syrup to serve.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 container (16 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed

Steps:

  • Cut pound cake into 1/2-in. slices; place in bottom of a 13x9-in. baking dish. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in milk and lemon juice until blended. Fold in 2-2/3 cups whipped topping and 1-1/2 cups strawberries with juice., Spread mixture over pound cake. Top with remaining 2-2/3 cups whipped topping. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with remaining 1/2 cup strawberries in juice before serving.

8 ounces nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
6 eggs, room temperature
3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2 cups strawberries, muddled
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
  • Cream nonfat cream cheese, 1 cup plus 2 teaspoons butter, and sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add salt and vanilla extract and beat the mixture well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, beating until just incorporated into the batter. Add strawberries after the last cup of flour and beat for a few seconds. Finish mixing with spatula if you need to.

1 box (4-serving size) cheesecake instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup milk
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup strawberry syrup
1 cup Fiber One™ Complete pancake mix (from 28.3-oz box)
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup water

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy; add pudding mix and milk. Beat until thick and creamy, scraping sides of bowl as necessary. Refrigerate until serving time.
  • In small bowl, mix strawberries and syrup; set aside. In large bowl, mix pancake ingredients just until blended.
  • Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375°F. Grease griddle with butter or vegetable oil if necessary (or spray with cooking spray before heating). For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle and spread slightly to 4 1/2-inch diameter. Cook pancakes until bubbles form on top and edges are dry. 1/4 cup sugar
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups whipping (heavy) cream, whipped

Steps:

  • Mix strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
  • Stir Bisquick, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, the vanilla and eggs until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
