PARMESAN-SAGE BEER BREAD
I'm asked to bring this savory loaf to nearly every function I attend. It's great as a side dish, but if you're in the mood for an extraordinary sandwich, start with two slices of beer bread. -Betsy King, Duluth, Minnesota

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients. Add beer and 3 tablespoons melted butter; stir just until moistened., Transfer to a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.

PARMESAN HERB BEER BREAD RECIPE

- Preheat the oven to 375. Generously grease a 8.5 x 4.5 glass loaf pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, Parmesan, rosemary, & beer. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes, or until golden & a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer bread to a rack to cool. Cut into 1-inch slices. Serve with butter.
OLIVE PARMESAN BEER BREAD
I found this recipe in one of my "women's" magazines. I loved the idea of just a few ingredients. It smells and tastes great alone, toasted or for sandwiches.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour with olives cheese and seasoning.
- Add beer, and stir with a rubber spatula just until moistened completely.
- Scrape into a prepared pan.
- Bake 50-55 minutes until top is lightluy browned, sides pull away from pan and pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes, then turn out onto rack to cool.
- To serve, cut into 1/2 inch slices with a serrated bread knife.

PARMESAN GARLIC RANCH BEER BREAD #RSC
Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry. This is so easy. Bread for dinner in about an hour. This is also wonderful toasted for breakfast with some cream cheese spread.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small saute pan, cook shallot and garlic with oil until caramelized; allow to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, Parmesan cheese, chives, Ranch seasoning mix, baking powder, yogurt, and shallot/garlic mixture. Stir in room temperature beer until smooth and pour batter into a well-greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 375°F for 60-70 minutes or until top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to sit 10 minutes in the pan, then remove and cool on a wire rack.

Perfect for a holiday brunch. My family enjoys this every Thanksgiving and Christmas. It makes good leftovers, too.

- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the sausage, onion, and jalapeno until the sausage is well browned, about 10 minutes. Drain; set aside to cool slightly.
- Stir together the Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, hot sauce, and milk in a large bowl. Stir in the biscuit mix, margarine, salt, and parsley. Add the sausage mixture; stir until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
