1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch salt
ground black pepper to taste
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place tomatoes in a bowl and toss gently with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet and top each tomato half with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until Parmesan cheese is melted and slightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons canola oil

Steps:

  • Cut tomatoes in half widthwise; place cut side up in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomatoes. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 medium-size tomatoes, ripe
4 ounces unsalted butter, melted

Steps:

  • Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan, parsley, chives, tarragon, and pepper.
  • Mix onion, seasoned bread crumbs, and melted butter.
  • Cut tomatoes in half (horizontally) and seed them.
  • Fill with bread crumbs and bake in buttered baking dish for about ten minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Starting with room temperature tomatoes reduces cooking time and helps assure a firm tomato is served to guests.

Salt insides and rest upside down on a sheet pan line with a wire rack to extract juices, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl mix together bread crumbs, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan. 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chopped zucchini

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups cooked long grain rice

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Leaving a 1/2-in. thick shell, scoop out the pulp; chop pulp and set aside. Invert the tomatoes onto paper towels to drain. , Meanwhile, cook sausage, onion and garlic in a skillet until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Add tomato pulp, zucchini, basil, oregano, vinegar, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. 2 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven 350°F.
  • Cut tops off tomatoes, discard tops. Scoop out pulp from centers of tomatoes, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Reserve 1 cup of the removed pulp.
  • Brown meat with onions in medium skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add reserved tomato pulp, Italian seasoning and tomato paste; mix well. Cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan.
  • Place tomato shells on foil-covered baking sheet; fill with meat mixture.

4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
