1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 jar (8-oz.) pasteurized process cheese sauce

Steps:

  • Cook rotini as directed on package. Drain well.
  • Meanwhile, in 2 1/2-quart saucepan, cook ground beef, zucchini and oregano over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  • Stir in flour and salt. Add milk, chicken broth, cheese sauce and cooked rotini to ground beef mixture; mix gently. Simmer about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

Steps:

  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  • Stir the soups, water and pasta in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring often.

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
4 cups beef broth
16 oz fusilli pasta
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
green onion, sliced, to serve

Steps:

  • In a large pot over a medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Break up the beef to incorporate the seasonings and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and one cup of water and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the pasta and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked throughout and the broth has cooked down, stirring occasionally.

¾ cup chopped onion
¾ cup shredded carrots
¾ cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups chicken broth
4 cups cubed potatoes
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups cubed Cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup sour cream

Steps:

  • In a large pot, melt 1 tablespoon butter or margarine over medium heat: cook and stir vegetables and beef , until beef is brown.

2 cubes beef bouillon, crumbled
1 pound ground beef
2 ½ cups milk, divided
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ pound processed American cheese, cubed
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine water, potatoes, carrots, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and garlic. Sprinkle salt and bouillon over the mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
