PEANUT BUTTER HONEY POPCORN

Steps:

• Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy bottomed stock pot over medium heat.
• Test oil by dropping a single popcorn kernel in the oil. Once the kernel pops it means that it is ready to go!
• Drop the kernels into the oil and cover the stockpot with a lid. Make sure any vents on the lid are open to let out steam. If there is not a vent on the lid then partially uncover the stockpot to release steam.
• Let the popcorn pop until the popping slows. Take off heat and uncover before the popping ends.
• In a saucepan combine the sugar and honey over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let the sugars burn.
• Take the mixture off of the heat add in the vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until mixture is incorporated.
• Pour the peanut butter mixture into a bowl and mix in the popcorn a handful at a time. Mix until covered with mixture.
• Salt to taste.

HONEY PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN

Steps:

• Cook honey and sugar to a roiling boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat.

PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN

Steps:

• Pour popcorn into a large bowl. In a glass or plastic bowl, combine the margarine, brown sugar, and marshmallows. Cook at 1 minute intervals in the microwave, stirring between each time, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn, and stir quickly to coat the corn before it cools.

• In small pan melt together corn syrup and sugar.
• Add peanut butter and melt.
• Be careful not to boil mixture too much, the peanut butter will start to burn.
• Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
• Stir mixture over popcorn.

Steps:

• Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and honey; bring to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Add peanut butter; stir until blended. , Pour over popcorn mixture; toss gently to coat. Cool completely on waxed paper. Store in airtight containers or plastic bags.

AFTER SCHOOL PEANUT BUTTER AND HONEY POPCORN

Steps:

• Place popcorn in a large bowl. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and honey. Bring to a rolling boil.
• Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add vanilla, if using.
• Pour peanut butter syrup over popcorn and stir to coat. (You can place the popped popcorn in a large paper bag, then pour over the syrup and shake. That's how I did it) Spread out on to a cookie sheet to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

CRACKED PEPPER AND HONEY BUTTER POPCORN

Steps:

• Place freshly popped popcorn in a large bowl.
• Combine the butter and honey, and microwave them on medium until both ingredients are melted, about 40 seconds. Stir Well.
• Drizzle over popcorn and toss well. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.

PEANUT BUTTER LOVER'S POPCORN

Steps:

• Place sugar and honey in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 5 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter., Drizzle over popcorn and toss. Spread onto waxed paper to cool. If desired, stir in pretzels and M&M's. Store in airtight containers.
