Steps:
- Place cloves and peppercorns in a large bowl; with the end of a wooden spoon handle, crush spices until aromas are released., Add the tea bags, sugar, ginger, cinnamon stick and boiling water. Cover and steep for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the milk., Strain tea, discarding spices and tea bags. Stir in hot milk. Pour into mugs.

Steps:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan. Using mallet or back of large spoon, lightly crush or bruise spices. Add 6 cups water; bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, partially cover pan, and simmer gently 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add tea bags and steep 5 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add milk and sugar. Bring tea just to simmer over high heat, whisking until sugar dissolves. Strain chai into teapot and serve hot.

- Pour all ingredients including RawSpiceBar's Peppercorn Chai into a saucepan, over medium heat.
- Allow to heat until small bubbles appear around the perimeter of the milk. Stir, scraping the bottom to avoid scalding the milk. When the milk comes to a boil, turn off the heat and stir well.
- Bring to a boil once again, turn off the heat and stir well. Allow to steep for a few minutes. Strain carefully into teacups, and serve.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water and spices.
- Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Immediately reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the peppermint tea. Cover the pan and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes; the longer you leave it, the stronger the tea will be.
- Strain out the spices and tea. Serve immediately, letting each person add syrup and soy milk to their taste.
