- In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, olives, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, pepper, onion, soup mix and 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a 10x6-in. rectangle and place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; Spoon remaining pizza sauce over top., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing., Reserve 2 slices meat loaf for Next Day Meat Loaf Pie recipe. Serve the remaining meat loaf.

- In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add 3/4 cup of pizza sauce, cheese, bread crumbs, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Combine beef and sausage; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours. Drain. Spoon remaining pizza sauce over meat loaf; bake 15 minutes longer or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- In a bowl, combine beef, eggs, 3/4 cup pizza sauce, crumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, onion, green pepper, salt, oregano and pepper; mix well. - Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (convection) or 275 degrees F (conventional).
- Blend pork, beef, cream, ketchup, breadcrumbs, ice water, salt, lemon juice, ground mustard, dehydrated onion, smoked paprika, white pepper, sugar, garlic powder and eggs in a food processor until well blended.
- Turn out into a bowl and add the Cheddar, Swiss cheese, olives, peppers and tomatoes (or add your favorite pizza toppings like salami, pepperoni, mushrooms...).

I got this recipe out of HomeBasic book. It's a good carb recipe. Made it tonight for supper and hubby said to make it anytime. I used regular sauce as that's all I had on hand.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl combine ground beef, 1 cup sauce, 1/2 cup green peppers, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
- In a 13 x 9 baking pan, shape into loaf.
- Top with 1/2 cup sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
- Top with 1/2 cup cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.

- In a bowl, combine the egg, pizza sauce, bread crumbs and Italian seasoning.
- Fold beef into mixture and mix well.
- Divide meat mixture into 12 greased muffin cups.

- Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line the bottom of an 8-inch spring form pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Wrap the bottom and sides with a piece of aluminum foil and place on a sheet pan.
- Coarsely chop the pepperoni slices and add to a large bowl. Add the ground beef, 1 cup pizza sauce, bread crumbs, egg, bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and a few grinds of pepper.
- Mix to combine and transfer to the prepared cake pan.
- Spread the remaining pizza sauce on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Combine beef, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs, bread crumbs, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic in a large bowl. Set aside a few teaspoons of olives for the topping; add remaining olives to the bowl. Knead with your hands until fully mixed.
- Divide 1/2 of the beef mixture between two 8-1/2x4-1/2-inch metal or glass loaf pans, filling each halfway. Use your fingers to create a canoe shape lengthwise down the middle of each loaf. Place a layer of pepperoni slices down the middle; cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat with another layer of pepperoni slices and cheese. Reserve a handful of cheese for the topping.
- Cover the pepperoni and cheese with the remaining beef mixture. Top meatloaves with a sprinkle of cheese and black olives.
