4 ounces Gin
3 ounces Pomegranate Juice
2 ounces Sweetened Lime Juice*
Pomegranate Arils (for garnish)
Lime Slice (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Combine the pomegranate juice, gin, and sweetened lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add a few ice cubes to the shaker.
  • Shake to combine the ingredients.
  • Strain into two martini glasses.
  • Add a lime slice and pomegranate arils for garnish.
  • Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ounces vodka
1 lime (juiced)
1½ ounces pomegranate juice
For garnish:
2-3 thinly sliced lime rounds
2 tablespoons Pomegranate Arils

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice and pomegranate juice and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with lime rounds and pomegranate arils. (You can also garnish your glass first if you prefer. You do you.)

1 cup pomegranate juice, such as Pom Wonderful
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (6 to 8 limes)
1/2 cup simple syrup*
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
6 to 8 thin, whole, round slices of lime, for garnish

Steps:

  • At least 1 hour before serving, freeze 6 to 8 martini glasses.
  • Combine the gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice, pour in the gimlet mixture until the shaker is 3/4 full and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into the frozen glasses and garnish each glass with a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime.
