½ cup butter
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups white sugar
½ cup milk
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 cups quick cooking oats
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Mix butter or margarine, cocoa, sugar, milk, and salt together in saucepan. Boil for 1 minute.
Stir in oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow to cool and harden.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

Mix dry ingredients well.
Add vanilla,pineapple and nuts and mix.
Bake in ungreased 9x13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees Frosting: Cream the cream cheese and butter together.
Add powdered sugar gradually.
Stir in salt,vanilla and nuts.
Spread on top of cake.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
4 - onions, diced
2 cup(s) celery, diced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) tomato soup
1 1/4 cup(s) water
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
2 cup(s) chow mein noodles (1 large no. 2 can)

Steps:

Brown ground beef, drain off grease and add diced onions and celery to pan and brown. Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole and add all other ingredients, except 1/4 cup noodles and mix well. Scatter rest of noodles on top and bake for 45 minutes.

Brown the ground beef with the finely diced onions and celery, drain. Add the cream of mushroom, tomato soup, water, chili powder, lawry’s, garlic powder and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. While the sauce is simmering, boil the noodles, until 2 minute less than the lowest cook time on the box, remember you will bake this dish and the noodles will continue cooking. After the sauce has cooked for 20 minutes and you have drained the noodles, combine everything in a pam sprayed 13×9 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and stir, sprinkle with cheese and put back in oven for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melting and casserole is bubbly.
To make one, freeze one:! Split the casserole into 2 (9×9) pans and bake one the same way as the instructions above, the other, cover and allow to cool completely, then place it in the freezer. Do not cover it with cheese yet. When you are ready to bake it: The night before remove the casserole from the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw over night. The next day, bake the casserole, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove cover and stir, top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
