ROLO PRETZELS
Rolo pretzels are our favorite pretzel treat. These rolo pretzel bites are the easiest dessert. Everyone loves our favorite pretzel treats with rolos.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
- On a cookie sheet, lay out the pretzels in a single layer.
- Remove all the rolo wrappers (get the kids involved on this onand place one rolo on top of each pretzel.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 3-5 minutes until the rolos glisten but still keep their shape.
- Remove from oven and immediately lightly press an m&m on each rolo pretzel.
- Allow to cool completely so they harden. I like to place them in the fridge until completely cooled.
- Store in an airtight container.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Unwrap your Rolos. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet and top each one with a Rolo candy.
- Bake in oven for 3-5 minutes, until the chocolate just begins to melt. The Rolo should be soft but not completely melted.
- Remove from oven, place on cooling rack and immediately squish the chocolate with a nut. Watch the caramel ooze out. YUM.

- Preheat oven to 350° and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the pretzels on a baking sheet and top with Rolos. Bake until Rolos are slightly melty, 2 to 3 minutes.
- While the pretzels are baking, mix 1/4 cup peanut butter with the powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Spread the peanut butter mixture on one side of the other half of the pretzels.
- When the pretzels and Rolos come out of the oven, place the peanut butter pretzels on top of them, peanut butter side down. Place in the freezer to harden for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the chilled pretzels into the chocolate mixture. Return to the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
- Microwave the remaining peanut butter on high for 5 seconds. Place in a Ziploc bag and cut off a small corner. Drizzle the hardened pretzel bites with peanut butter and serve.
