1 flour tortilla (I used the thicker handmade ones from Trader Joes)
1/4 sprig rosemary, fresh
4 slices prosciutto
1/8 cup Italian cheese or 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Pre heat oven to 350 or higher. Just watch that it doesn't burn.
  • For the olive oil, I used an olive oil mister and used it on both sides of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and rosemary.
  • Add proscuitto.
  • I cooked mine on a baking stone for approximately 7 minutes, but it needs to be watched.

1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
6 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices
2 slices prosciutto, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup arugula

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; roll to 1/4-inch thickness. Brush dough with half of the oil. Bake 8 minutes.
  • Brush partially baked crust with remaining oil. Top with onion, shredded cheese, sliced cheese and prosciutto. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
  • Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Top with arugula. Cut into slices; serve immediately.

  • Preheat oven to 450F and on a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 12x10-inch rectangle or similar.
  • Transfer dough to a lightly oiled baking sheet and evenly drizzle about 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil over the top of the dough. Lightly rub the oil in with your fingers to coat the dough evenly.
  • While the dough bakes, to a large skillet add about 2 tablespoons olive oil, onion, zucchini, and sauté over medium-high heat until vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes; stir intermittently.
