These chocolate peanut clusters are very easy to make.

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
12 ounces raw Spanish peanuts

Steps:

Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in top of double boiler. Stir frequently over low to medium heat until melted; add peanuts and stir.
Drop by teaspoon full on wax paper. Allow to cool.

Ingredients

2 cups milk chocolate chips, divided
64 pecan halves (about 1-1/2 cups)
28 caramels
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Steps:

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside. In a microwave, melt 1 cup chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Drop chocolate by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Immediately place four pecans on top of each chocolate drop. , Place the caramels in a 1-qt. microwave-safe dish; add cream. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Spoon onto the middle of each cluster. , Melt the remaining chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Spread over caramel. Let stand until set.

2 pounds white candy coating, coarsely chopped
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

In a heavy saucepan over low heat, cook and stir candy coating and chips until melted and smooth. Cool for 10 minutes; stir in peanuts., Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes.

Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 ounce) box pudding mix (not instant)
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon margarine
pecans or walnuts, if desired

Steps:

Blend dry pudding mix and sugar in a saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk, salt and margarine. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture boils.
Lower heat and boil 3 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts.
Beat while hot and until it turns dull.
Pour into a buttered pan or drop by spoonfuls onto aluminum foil or wax paper.
