Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to 40 x 32cm. Spread a layer of pasta sauce over it, leaving a 1cm border around the edges. Arrange the ham evenly on top, then scatter the grated cheese over.
- Starting at one of the short ends, roll the pastry up as tightly as possible. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes or so.
- Take a very sharp knife and cut the roll into 12 equal slices, laying them flat on 2 non-stick baking trays as you go. Brush each pinwheel lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle over the herbs. Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

PUFF PASTRY PIZZA PINWHEELS
Steps:
- Remove puff pastry from box, but leave in package. Allow to thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Carefully remove thawed puff pastry sheets from wrapper, 1 sheet at a time and place on a lightly floured surface. Use a rolling pin to smooth the creases and slightly elongate the rectangle.
- Place 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce on the top of the sheet and spread over the top, covering all but about 1/2-inch on each of the long sides.
- Line pepperoni slices across the top of the sauce, covering everywhere the sauce is. I used ~48 slices per sheet.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese evenly across the top of each pastry sheet.
- Starting with long side, roll the pastry sheet up tightly, pressing the dough at the end to help seal it.
- Use a sharp knife to cut into 1-inch slices and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat process with the second pastry sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cheese begins to brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet. Serve with extra sauce, if desired!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and allow to cool slightly, then finely chop. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and scallions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unfold the pastry sheets on a lightly floured work surface. Lightly roll each piece of pastry into a 10-inch square. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of each piece of pastry, leaving a slight border around the edges. Sprinkle the Cheddar and bacon in an even layer over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Tightly roll each pastry sheet into a log (jelly roll style), then pinch the seam closed and place seam-side down on the work surface.
- Using a sharp knife, cut both logs crosswise into 12 pinwheels each, approximately 1 inch thick. Transfer 12 pinwheels to each prepared baking sheet, spiral-side up. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and 1 tablespoon water until combined to make an egg wash. Brush the tops and sides of the pinwheels with the egg wash.
- Bake the pinwheels until puffed and golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Unroll the puff pastry sheet and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce all over it. Spread the shredded mozzarella on top of the tomato sauce. Gently flatten the cheese before rolling up.
- Roll up the puff pastry, helping you with its parchment paper. Place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Take out the chilled roll and gently remove the paper. Cut it up into 1 cm slices (about a half inch) and carefully place each pinwheel on a baking tray lined with paper, leaving some space in between each piece. Sprinkle some parmesan and oregano over each pinwheel.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese has browned nicely. Take out from the oven and sprinkle some more parmesan and oregano on the warm pinwheels.

PIZZA PINWHEELS
Our tasting panel really enjoyed these little treats that taste a lot like a rolled up pizza. With crispy pepperoni and lots of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, what's not to love? Dorothy Smith - El Dorado, Arkansas
