Steps:
- Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Whisk 1 pkg. gelatin mix, 1/4 cup boiling water and 1 container yogurt in medium microwaveable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 2 min., stirring after each minute. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 40 to 45 min. or until set but not firm.
- Repeat in same pan with each remaining gelatin flavor to make a total of 4 layers, refrigerating as directed after each layer.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto cutting board. Cut gelatin into 12 slices. Use 2-inch cookie cutters to cut gelatin into desired shapes. Reserve scraps for snacking.

- Dump the boiling water in a bowl.
- Slowly stir in the jello, add a little at a time.
- Stir well.
- Pour into small bread pan or jello molds.
- Refrigerate, will be firm in 1 hour.
RAINBOW GELATIN CUBES
Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine 1 package flavored gelatin and 1 envelope unflavored gelatin. Stir in 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Pour into a 13x9-in. dish coated with cooking spray; refrigerate until set but not firm, about 20 minutes., In small bowl, combine the condensed milk and 1 cup boiling water. In another bowl, sprinkle 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Stir in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add to milk mixture. Spoon 1 cup creamy gelatin mixture over the first flavored gelatin layer. Refrigerate until set but not firm, about 25 minutes., Repeat from beginning of recipe twice, alternating flavored gelatin with creamy gelatin layers. Chill each layer until set but not firm before spooning next layer on top. Make final flavored gelatin layer; spoon over top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour after completing last layer before cutting into 1-in. squares.

JELL-O JIGGLERS
This a great recipe to make with kids and for kids. I sent these along with my daughter for her Valentine's Day party. There are many students with allergies, such as milk, wheat, and nuts, and this was a treat they could all enjoy! Cook time is chill time.

Steps:
- Stir boiling water into gelatin.
- (Can be done right in the pan.) Dissolve completely.
- (Very Important!) Lightly spray a 13 x9 inch pan with cooking spray Pour mixture into pan Chill at least 3 hours.
- Jigglers should be firm after 1 hour.
- To cut Jigglers dip bottom of pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen the gelatin.
- Cut shapes with cookie cutters all the way through the gelatin.
- Lift from the pan with index finger or metal spatula.

- Implements: Two flexible silicone half-sphere molds (Half-Sphere .68 oz, 1.57 inch dia. x .79 inch deep, 15 cavities), a little spray cooking oil or vegetable oil, and paper towels.
- Prepare the molds by wiping the mold cavities with a paper towel moistened with a a little vegetable oil (or a quick spray of unflavored cooking oil spray will also work). Then, wipe the mold cavities with a clean paper towel. This will leave just the slightest residue, which will help unmold the gelatin without affecting the taste or appearance. Place each mold on a cookie sheet or cooling rack to provide a stable surface.
- Prepare cherries. Cut the very bottom end off each cherry. (This will allow the cherries to stand up straight in the molds.) Place the cut cherries on a paper towel to drain.
- Prepare Opaque Layer. Place juice in a saucepan and sprinkle with the gelatin. Allow to soak for a minute or two. Heat over very low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved (approximately 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Fill each mold cavity 1/3 full with the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until fully set, 30 minutes to an hour.
