- Calienta el horno a 350ºF.
- Mezcla las migas de galleta con la mantequilla y el azúcar; presiónalas firmemente contra el fondo y los costados de una tartera de 9 pulgadas. Hornea esto de 8 a 10 min. o hasta que esté ligeramente dorado. Déjalo enfriar por completo. Mientras tanto, pela y deshuesa uno de los mangos; colócalo en la licuadora. Agrega el queso crema; lícualo hasta que esté homogéneo. Trasládalo a un tazón mediano. Incorpora el COOL WHIP con un vatidor de varillas.
- Mezcla el agua hirviendo con la gelatina en polvo en un recipiente grande, y revuelve al menos 2 min. o hasta que esté completamente disuelta. Añade hielo al agua fría hasta que mida 1/2 taza. Agrega esto a la gelatina; revuelve hasta que esté ligeramente espesa. Retira y desecha el hielo que no se haya derretido. Añade la mezcla con mango; revuélvelo con un batidor de varillas hasta que esté bien mezclado. Enfría la mezcla en la nevera de 15 a 20 min. o hasta que esté lo suficientemente espesa como para poder montarla. Colócala con una cuchara sobre la base.
- Refrigérala al menos 3 horas. En el momento de servir, pela, deshuesa y corta en rebanadas el mango restante; colócalo sobre la tarta. Guarda lo que sobre de la tarta en la nevera.

A yummy drink makiing good use of the mango! Adapted from Cooking With Too Hot Tamales cookbook. I have put this under Southwestern and Mexican catagories, but it also is very Southern and Carribean! Love that mango!

- Blend again and serve in tall glasses over ice.
- In the original recipe a thin layer of teguila is put on top. I think it's better without!
