1 cup shredded or flaked coconut
1 cup canned pineapple, drained (tidbits, chunks or shredded)
1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Gently mix all ingredients together.
  • Cover and refrigerate approximately 12 to 24 hours before serving.

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
cold water
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough cold water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup. Stir into gelatin. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
  • Add COOL WHIP; whisk until blended. Refrigerate 10 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Unmold.

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) package strawberry-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (10 ounce) package miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Place whipped topping in a large bowl and stir until thawed and smooth. Add gelatin and mix well. Add pineapple with juice, walnuts, and marshmallows. Mix together and transfer into a mold of your choice. Refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight before unmolding.

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon light brown sugar, plus
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 ripe fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped (about 5 1/2 cups)
2/3 cup maraschino cherry
3 oranges, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
2 grapefruits, peeled and sliced (about1/2 cup)
1 cup toasted pecans (7 minutes at 350 degrees)
1 cup coconut (10 minutes at 350 degrees)

Steps:

  • Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a large bowl; whisk to blend.
  • Add the pineapple, cherries, oranges, grapefruit, and pecans and stir to mix; place in a serving dish, garnish with the coconut, and serve immediately, enjoy.
