Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ounces dry vermouth (Dolin)
¾ ounce SUZE
½ ounce St. Germain
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
club soda

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients except for the club soda in a wine glass filled with ice and stir.
  • Top with chilled club soda and stir briefly to combine.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Copycat Rib Tickler Rub image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tablespoon minced dry garlic
1 tablespoon kosher salt
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Place the garlic and salt in a mortar and grind with a pestle, or use a coffee grinder used for spices. (If you want to hand grind the pepper you could also place whole pepper corns in the mortar, otherwise grind with a pepper grinder.)
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Sprinkle on beef, pork or chicken before cooking.
  • Store in a sealed zip lock bag or air-tight container for up to two years.

Yield makes about 5 cups

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 cups apple juice
2 cups white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons liquid imitation butter

Steps:

  • In a large spray bottle (one that will hold at least 5 cups of liquid), combine all the ingredients. Shake well to blend.

Using this marinade/spray will insure that your grilled meats are tender and tasty every time. Try it on beef or pork ribs, beef brisket, pork butt or chicken. You'll love the results!

3 ounces red wine vinegar
3 ounces lemon juice
6 ounces water

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together and add to a clean spray bottle.
  • Spray and "wet" your BBQ meat.
  • Seal the meat in a plastic bag and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Grill the meat over indirect heat according to your recipe, spraying every 15minutes during the cooking time.
  • Remove meat from grill and serve.
