SLOW COOKER TENDER AND YUMMY ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Place the potatoes, onion, and carrots in slow cooker. Cut steak into six pieces, then place the meat on top of vegetables. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup mix, soup, and water; pour over beef.
• Cover, and cook on Low for 7 to 10 hours.

EASY CROCK POT ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
• Take your steak and cut it into 5 serving size pieces
• Put your steaks into your crock pot
• Pour in your soup mix, water and soup
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours

CROCK POT ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
• Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
• Goes well with mashed potatoes (makes a wonderful gravy!).

SLOW COOKER SWISS STEAK

Steps:

• In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper. Lightly coat the round steak pieces in the flour mixture.
• Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the celery, onion, and carrots about 5 minutes, until tender. Remove from heat, and set aside. Mix in the round steak pieces, and cook until lightly browned.
• Place the vegetables and steak in a slow cooker. Mix in the tomatoes with juice, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
• Cover, and cook 8 to 10 hours on Low, until the round steak is very tender.

SLOW-COOKED ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown meat on both sides in 4 teaspoons oil. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker., In the same skillet, saute onion in remaining oil until lightly browned; place over beef. Combine the soup, oregano and thyme; pour over onion. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.

SLOW-COOKER TEX-MEX ROUND STEAK

Steps:

• Spray 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut beef into 6 pieces; place in slow cooker.
• In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients except cheese; pour over beef. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until beef is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
