- In a tall glass filled with ice, combine gin, vermouth and lime juice. Fill glass with seltzer. Add raspberry syrup and stir. Garnish with slice of lime.
RYE RICKEY
Steps:
- Stir the lime juice, rye or bourbon and orange Curaçao or Cointreau in an 8-ounce glass with 2 ice cubes. If you like, drop in the rind of half a lime. Top off with soda, stir gently and serve with a straw trimmed to extend over lip of glass by 2 inches or so, if necessary.
