MMMMM... BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
• In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
• Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies set up. Do not overbake! Cool in pan and cut into squares.

BLONDE BROWNIES II

Steps:

• Melt butter or margarine. Add sugar and mix well. Cool.
• Add eggs and vanilla, blend well. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
• Put into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.

SCRIBBLE BROWNIES

Steps:

• Frost cooled brownies with chocolate frosting.
• Spoon vanilla frosting into 3 small microwavable bowls. Tint 1 bowl of frosting neon blue, 1 neon pink, and 1 neon yellow. Microwave each bowl of frosting until frosting melts.
• Transfer melted frosting into 3 small resealable plastic bags. Cut off small bottom corner of each bag; drizzle frosting over top of brownies. Let frosting cool and set before cutting brownies into 4 rows by 2 rows.

QUICK AND EASY BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
• Combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut halves, if desired.
• Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs, not wet. Cool on wire rack.
