- Trim broccoli leaving 1 inch of stem. Cut the remaining stems into small slices. Place broccoli and snow peas in a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 1 minute, drain and rinse immediately with cold water then drain well and set aside.
- Heat a large wok or large skillet over high heat. Add sesame oil, blanched broccoli and snow peas, red onion, red bell pepper, and garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the snow peas, soy sauce and stir-fry 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and stir in sesame seeds.

- In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients until blended; set aside., In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry beef and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds in 1 teaspoon oil until no longer pink. - Combine couscous with the water in medium heatproof bowl, cover; stand 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in heated wok about 30 seconds; transfer to small bowl.
- Stir-fry beef in heated wok until browned; transfer to another small bowl.
- Stir-fry onion in heated wok 1 minute. Add garlic, bok choy and chilli; stir fry 1 minute. Add stock, sauces and beef; stir-fry until hot. Remove from heat; stir in peas.
- Serve couscous topped with stir-fry and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

- Trim fat from steak; rub surface of steak with five-spice powder. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add beef, and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add bell peppers, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Combine broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Add to beef mixture. Add bok choy, and cook 1 minute or until bok choy wilts and mixture thickens, stirring constantly. - Remove 1 tablespoon zest and 1/4 cup juice from 1 orange. Peel and section remaining 2 oranges.
- Bring water and brown rice to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed, 45 to 50 minutes.
- Stir together zest, orange juice, broth, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, marmalade, sesame oil, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk in cornstarch.
- Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Add vegetable oil and carrot to the wok; stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add green onions and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes more. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds more.

- While the rice is cooking, in a medium skillet or wok, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Remove the beef from the skillet, drain & set aside.

- In plastic food storage bag, mix shrimp, ginger, red pepper, garlic, sesame seeds, black pepper.
- Put rice in heatproof serving bowl.
- Bring 2 1/2 cups water to boiling in saucepan, then pour over rice, cover with foil-set aside.
- In large wok or skillet heat the oil, sweet pepper and scallions.
- Sauté for 3 or 4 minutes to slightly soften.
- Add teriyaki sauce, then peas, shrimp, and seasoning.
- Sauté for 4 minutes, until shrimp are opaque.
- Stir the cornstarch and broth in small bowl; add to wok/saucepan.
- While stirring cook until bubbly and thickened.
- Add salt.
- With a fork, fluff the rice and spoon shrimp mixture over rice; serve.
