- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add the shrimp. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add garlic and parsley; cook 1 minute longer. - Sprinkle shrimp with steak seasoning. On 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers, thread shrimp. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat until shrimp turn pink, 2-3 minutes on each side., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 tablespoon drippings. Add shallot; cook and stir over medium heat until tender, 1-2 minutes. Stir in next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Remove from heat., In a large serving bowl, combine spinach and dressing; toss to coat. Layer with shrimp and pepper slices; top with cooked bacon and almonds.

- Heat 1/3 cup of the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring, until the garlic is golden, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and cool to room temperature. Stir in the lemon juice and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add the shrimp, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon. Add the almonds to the skillet and cook, stirring often, until golden, about 3 minutes. Transfer to the plate with the shrimp and set aside.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool; add to the bowl with the garlic oil.
- Add the shrimp, almonds, spinach, parsley, scallions and tomato to the bowl and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. The pasta salad is best if served right away.

- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over MEDIUM heat. Add the onion to the skillet, and cook, stirring often, until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute or two.
- Add the broth, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and the pasta. Increase heat and bring to a boil. Cover the skillet, reduce to LOW and simmer for 15 to 18 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the half and half or cream, half of the Parmesan, and the shrimp and cook over MEDIUM-LOW heat until the shrimp is opaque, slightly pink, and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the spinach in a big heap on top. You want spinach to still have some life to it so remove the skillet from the heat after you add it and stir it in just until it wilts. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over the top, and serve.
