1 box DeLallo No Boil Lasagna Noodles
2 packages cream cheese ((8-ounce packages) could be low fat)
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup milk
4 cups small broccoli florets
1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Spray a large slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place the cream cheese, onions, and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, until the cream cheese is molten and the onions are soft. Pour in the milk and whisk until smooth.
  • Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the chicken into small bite-size pieces.
  • Spread a small amount of the cream cheese sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker. Then cover it with a single layer of dried lasagna sheets. Break the noodles to fit into the slow cooker along the round edges. Sprinkle the pasta sheets with 1 cup of broccoli, one-quarter of the chopped chicken, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Drizzle one-quarter of the remaining cream cheese sauce over the ingredients. Repeat the lasagna sheet, chicken, broccoli, cheese, and sauce layering until you have 4 full layers.
  • Place the crock in the slow cooker and cover with the lid. Slow cooker for 2-3 hours on high, or 4-6 hours on low. Cut and serve warm.

1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 container (8 oz) sour cream
1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3 cups)
9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Cook and drain broccoli as directed on package, using minimum cook time. In large bowl, mix chicken, 2 cups of the cheese blend, the pepper, both soups, sour cream, mushrooms and broccoli.
  • Spray 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spread one-fourth of the chicken mixture in slow cooker. Layer with 3 of the uncooked noodles (breaking noodles as needed to fit), one-fourth of the chicken mixture and 1/2 cup of the cheese blend. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sriracha
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
Cooked rice, for serving
4 scallions, sliced, for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish

Steps:

  • Season the chicken chunks lightly with salt and pepper and put them in a slow cooker. Sprinkle over the five-spice powder. Stir together the stock, soy sauce, ginger, sriracha and garlic in a small bowl and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.

  • Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

2 cups whole milk
1 cup chicken broth
3 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 dash salt, to taste
1 dash black pepper, to taste

1/2 cup chopped leek
