S'MORES SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Line a cookie sheet with either a silicon baking liner or parchment paper.
• Spread a single layer of cereal on the sheet.
• Sprinkle milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and mini marshmallow bits on top of the cereal.
• Melt the milk chocolate wafers according the directions on the package. Drizzle over the cereal mixture. Repeat with the white chocolate wafers.
• Let cool completely (you may want to put in the refrigerator for a few minutes until set).
• Once completely set and cooled, break up into smaller pieces.
• Store in an airtight container.
• Makes about 2 pans.

S'MORES SNACK MIX

Steps:

• In large bowl, combine cereals. Add marshmallows; toss to mix. Spread mixture on sheet of waxed paper.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips on Medium (50%) 1 minute. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. If needed, microwave 15 to 30 seconds longer on Medium.
• Using spoon or fork, drizzle melted chocolate over cereal-marshmallow mixture. Let stand about 1 hour or until chocolate is set.

S'MORES SNACK MIX

Steps:

• On a wax paper lined counter spread Teddy Grahams out.
• Drizzle evenly with melted chocolate.
• Sprinkle with Mallow Bits.
• Let set, approx 1 hour
• Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

S'MORES SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Mix together your cereal, pretzels, marshmallows and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
• Lay mixture out on parchment paper on your counter top.
• Melt remaining chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments until its creamy.
• Scoop chocolate into a small ziplock bag, snip the corner and drizzle over the top of mixture.
• Allow chocolate to sit until its set and then break into pieces and store in airtight container.

S'MORES POPCORN SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Line 2 large rimmed pans with cooking parchment paper. Divide popcorn, granola bar pieces and marshmallows between pans. Spread evenly.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Heat another 15 to 30 seconds on High; stir until smooth and fully melted. Spoon and drizzle melted chocolate evenly over popcorn mixture.
• Refrigerate mixture on pans 20 to 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Break into pieces; toss to combine.

CHEWY S'MORES SNACK MIX

Steps:

• In a sealable plastic bag or an airtight container with a lid, combine all ingredients except Tootsie Roll pieces. Secure the bag or container and shake.
• Add chopped Tootsie Roll Midgees. Secure the bag or container and thoroughly shake. Enjoy!

NO BAKE S'MORES SNACK MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Place baking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 1-2 minutes stirring everything 30 seconds until melted.
• While the chocolate is melting, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. On the parchment paper add golden grahams, mini marshmallows, pretzels, and dark chocolate chips.
• Once the chocolate is melted and warm pour over the ingredients on the cookie sheet and toss with a spoon until everything is coated in chocolate. Place the tray in the fridge and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled break apart and enjoy!

S'MORES IN A JAR

Steps:

• Place graham crackers in a food processor; process into crumbs.
• Combine graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar in a bowl; mix well.
• Pour milk chocolate pieces into bottom of 1-quart jar. Layer marshmallows on top of chocolate.
• Fit a resealable plastic bag into the jar over the marshmallows, with the opening pulled over the mouth of the jar. Spoon crumb mixture into the bag gradually, patting mixture down to fill the bag tightly. Seal the bag and close the jar.

GOLDEN GRAHAMS™ S'MORES

Steps:

• Grease 13x9-inch pan with butter. Measure cereal into large bowl.
• Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows. In 3-quart saucepan, heat remaining 4 1/2 cups marshmallows, the chocolate chips, butter, sugar and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
• Press firmly in pan. Cool at least 1 hour until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
