SPAM® HOT CHEESY PARTY DIP

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375ºF.
• In large skillet, sauté SPAM® Classic over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
• Meanwhile, in bowl, stir together cream cheese and milk until smooth.
• Stir in onion, horseradish, hot sauce, and 1/2 of SPAM® Classic.
• Spoon SPAM® mixture into 11x7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 of SPAM® Classic over cream cheese mixture.
• Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
• Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve with French bread for dipping.

JULIE'S SPAM SPREAD

Steps:

• Grate the spam. (I usually just use my pastry cutter).
• Combine all ingredients except the mayo.
• Add just enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients together.
• Use for sandwich spread or on a bed of lettuce or on crackers for an appetizer.

DEVILS SPREAD

Steps:

• Cube the spam into bite size pieces. Put in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
• Pour into a large bowl. Mix in 1/2 cup mayonnaise & pepper. Taste if more seasoning is needed. Mixture should be creamy & smooth. But not to thin.
• Place in covered container. Place in ice box. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.
• Note: Makes a great sandwich spread & or dip. We call this Devil Ham & eat it plan on bread.

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients well- let chill.
• Use enough milk and ketchup to moisten ingredients for spreading consistency.
