3 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons strawberry extract
5 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup assorted sprinkles, divided
1 package (10 ounces) white baking chips, melted

Steps:

In a microwave or in a large saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and oil; stir until smooth. Stir in extract; remove from heat. Stir in cereal and 2/3 cup sprinkles. Press mixture into a lightly-greased 13x9-in. baking pan using wax paper or a lightly-greased spatula. Cool to room temperature. Spread melted white baking chips on top; sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup sprinkles. Cut into bars.

3 Tablespoons butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal

Steps:

In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat.
Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into a 9x13-inch pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Let them cool about an hour then cut them into 2-inch squares.

5 whole graham crackers, crumbled
1-1/4 cups salted roasted almonds, chopped and divided
2 packages (11-1/2 ounces each) semisweet chocolate chunks, divided

Steps:

In a microwave or in a large saucepan over low heat, melt 1 package of marshmallows in oil; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in cereal, graham crackers, 1 cups almonds and 1 cup chocolate chunks. Press mixture into a lightly-greased 13x9-in. baking pan using wax paper or a lightly-greased spatula. Cool to room temperature. Melt 1 package chocolate chunks in microwave; spread over top. Sprinkle with remaining remaining package marshmallows, almonds and chocolate chunks. If desired, toast marshmallows using a kitchen torch. Cut into bars.

cooking spray
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
6 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
1 pinch Sea Salt, gray

Steps:

Grease an 8x8x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir with a rubber spatula until butter and milk are uniformly combined and small bubbles are forming in the center of the mixture, about 2 minutes. (When you first begin stirring they will look separated.) Add the bag of marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt and stir again. Remove from heat.
Stir rice cereal and remaining cup of marshmallows into the pot to combine. Transfer to the prepared pan and press down lightly with a sheet of plastic wrap; don't pack them down too hard or they will lose their inherently soft and gooey texture. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Let set up on the counter for at least 1 hour. Cut into 16 squares.
