This butter-baked chicken with spicy ranch seasoning will liven up any meal. It is the perfect dish for any family meal. Try it today!

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Spicy Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
1 stick butter
1 cloves garlic

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish just large enough to fit the chicken with butter and set aside.
  • Season chicken breasts on both sides with the spicy seasoning mix and arrange in the baking dish in a single layer. In a skillet set over medium heat, melt the butter, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring often, about 3-4 minutes (be careful not to burn the garlic).
  • Pour the butter over the chicken and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with the butter sauce spooned over the chicken.

2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place chicken breasts into a Glad® sandwich bag and pound until they are 3/4 of an inch thick (optional).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish to fit. Brush with the melted butter or olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle or shake the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken on both sides. If there is any remaining butter, drizzle over the seasoned chicken.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot.
