2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon boiling water

Steps:

Beat whipping cream and sugar together in mixing bowl until stiff. Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water. Cool. Add to whipped cream and beat in. Makes enough to frost and fill one 8 or 9 inch 2 layer cake. Keep Mocha Cream refrigerated.

Steps:

In large mug, stir coffee, 1 teaspoon baking cocoa, the chocolate liqueur, rum and coffee liqueur, and half-and-half.
Top with whipped cream and additional baking cocoa. Serve immediately.

1/4 cup cold milk or half-and-half
Ice cold club soda or seltzer
1 scoop coffee ice cream, such as Haagen-Dazs

Steps:

Pour the chocolate syrup and milk into a 16-ounce glass. While beating vigorously with a fork, add the club soda until the glass is three-quarters full. Add the scoop of ice cream and fill the glass with club soda. Serve ice cold with a straw and a long-handled spoon.

Chocolate shavings, if desired

Steps:

In 3-quart saucepan, mix hot coffee, cocoa mix and powdered sugar until blended. Stir in half-and-half and syrup. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Serve in mugs; top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

1 (1 -1 1/4 ounce) package instant hot chocolate powder (without marshmallows)
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
1/8 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup hot water
1 cup coffee ice cream or 1 cup chocolate ice cream
1/3 cup fat-free half-and-half
whipped cream (optional)
ground cinnamon (optional)

Steps:

In 2-cup glass measure stir together hot chocolate mix, coffee crystals, chili powder and ground cinnamon.
Stir in hot water until combined.
Pour into ice cube tray. Freeze until firm.
In blender container combine chocolate ice cubes, ice cream and half-and-half. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Serve immediately topped with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.
