HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN
Honey Garlic Chicken. Quick and easy skillet honey garlic chicken breast. Seared chicken breast in an Asian honey garlic sauce. Made in less than 15 minutes!

Steps:
- Generously sprinkle thinly sliced chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 Tablespoons of butter to the skillet and let melt.
- Dredge both sides of the chicken breast into the flour. Repeat with all breasts. Place in a hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add the remaining 2 Tablespoons of butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Let sauce chicken for 3-4 minutes (or longer if needed). Make sure chicken is fully cooked through and no longer pink.
- Remove from heat and coat the chicken with the sauce. Serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- For easy clean-up, line a roasting pan or a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place chicken, skin-side up, on prepared pan. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper on all sides.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and water.
- Spoon about half of the sauce over the chicken and spread liberally on each piece. Set aside remaining sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, for about 50 minutes - 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy and golden brown. As the chicken cooks, baste it once or twice with the remaining sauce. The meat should reach an internal temperature of 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
