1 package of Stove Top stuffing
1 cup of hot water
2 packages brown gravy mix (one for inside the meatloaf and one for on top)
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup cold water
2 large eggs, beaten

Steps:

In a medium sized bowl add stuffing mix and 1 cup of hot water. Let the stuffing sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in another medium sized bowl mix 1 package of brown gravy mix with 1 cup cold water. Add in ground beef and egg, mix well (this is easiest to do with your hands, gross, I know) After the stuffing has sat for 5 minutes, incorporate the stuffing mix into the ground beef mixture. Grease a bundt pan with non stick spray and then press the ground beef mixture into the pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Once baked, let rest for 5 minutes or so and then invert onto a plate. Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy in the center of the meatloaf.

cooking spray
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
¾ cup chicken-flavored bread stuffing mix (such as Kraft® Stove Top®)
1 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease one 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Mix beef, onion, stuffing mix, and egg by hand in a bowl. Press beef mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 35 to 40 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Top meatloaf with shredded mozzarella cheese and let rest while cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

This is a very quick and easy meatloaf recipe, where Stove Top Stuffing provides much of the flavor.

Ingredients

2 lbs hamburger meat
2 eggs
6 ounces Stove Top stuffing mix, any flavor
1 cup beef broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 cup ketchup

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl put the hamburger meat, eggs, stuffing, broth and salt.
Mix well.
Place the mixture in a bread loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes, or until done.
The last 15 minutes of cooking, spread the ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
If you don't want to use ketchup, put a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup on top of the meatloaf right before you put it in the oven.

1 (6 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup

Steps:

Mix first four ingredients in a large bowl.
Pat into an 8 X 8 square pan.
Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
