FRESH STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC BASIL DAIQUIRI
We like that Ted Allen's daiquiri is not overly sweet, but if you are a fan of a sweet daiquiri, you can add a drizzle of simple syrup.

Steps:
- Place the ice cubes, strawberries, light rum, balsamic vinegar and basil leaves in the pitcher of a blender and blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a small basil sprig.
- Cook's Note: If your strawberries aren't very sweet, add up to 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar.
STRAWBERRY BASIL MARTINI
Steps:
- In a 16-ounce cocktail shaker, add the basil leaves and the strawberry puree. Muddle until the basil leaves are broken into pieces. Add the ice cubes, then add the soju, lime juice, sweet and sour mix and strawberry syrup. Shake vigorously. Strain the drink into a 7-ounce chilled martini glass and serve cold.

- Place strawberries, basil, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker and mash well with a muddler. Add ice, vodka, lime juice, and 1/4 ounce balsamic glaze. Cover and shake cocktail until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
- Swirl remaining 1/4 ounce balsamic glaze around the inside of a martini glass. Strain cocktail into the glass.
