Number Of Ingredients 3

1 (12-ounce) can strawberry juice
1 bottle Champagne
Whole strawberries

Steps:

  • In a medium pitcher, combine 3 parts champagne to 1 part strawberry juice. Stir together well. Pour into punch bowl and stir in whole strawberries to suit. Ladle into glasses and serve. As an alternative, try substituting mango juice for the strawberry juice.

My girls and I love champagne. We only have it at Christmas and for New Year's, as I am not a big drinker but I do like my foo foo drinks on occasion. I wanted to try something different this year and my girls LOVE strawberries so I found this recipe and picture at Betty Crockers website. I will surprise them with this, this year. I know they will love it and its so pretty and easy to make! We are all girly girls. I know my boys will like this as well but won't admit to it.

1 cup(s) water
1 - (3-oz.) pkg. strawberry flavor gelatin
3/4 cup(s) cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (half 12-oz. can)
2 cup(s) cold water
1 - (750 ml) bottle rosé wine, chilled
1 - (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled
2 cup(s) frozen strawberries, with or without stems

Steps:

  • Bring 1 cup water to a boil in small saucepan. Add gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool 15 minutes.
  • In punch bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, cold water and gelatin mixture; mix well.
  • Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and frozen strawberries.

1 (750 ml) bottle rosé wine, chilled
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled
1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries with stems, frozen

Steps:

  • Bring water to a boil in small saucepan. Add gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Cool 15 minutes.
  • In punch bowl, combine lemonade concentrate, cold water and gelatin mixture; mix well.
  • Just before serving, stir in wine, champagne and frozen strawberries.
