STRAWBERRY-KIWI PUNCH
Rum is the secret ingredient in this strawberry-kiwi cocktail. To keep this punch recipe chilled all party long, serve it with an ice ring made with white grape juice and fresh fruit.

Steps:
- Pour strawberry-kiwi drink and rum or vodka, if you like, into a punch bowl. Float Strawberry-Kiwi Ice Ring or ice cubes on top.
- Slowly pour lemon-lime beverage down side of punch bowl. Stir. Makes seventeen 4-ounce servings. Strawberry-Kiwi Ice Ring
- Pour 1/2 cup white grape juice or water into a 5- to 6-cup ring mold. Freeze. Peel and slice kiwi. Remove stems from strawberries; halve berries. Arrange fruit on frozen juice. Pour 1/2 cup white grape juice or water over fruit. Freeze. Pour 2 cups white grape juice or water over frozen mixture. Cover and freeze. To unmold ring, dip bottom of mold into hot water for a few seconds. Remove ice ring; wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until serving time. Makes 1 ice ring. You can make the ice ring up to 3 to 4 days before the party.

Excellent punch with or without alcohol! You may add rum, if desired!

Steps:
- Combine water with 1 package strawberries in a square container. Store in freezer until solid, at least 2 hours.
- Mix ginger ale, pink lemonade concentrate, daiquiri mix, orange juice concentrate, and 1 package sliced strawberries in a punch bowl.
- Rinse outside of container with strawberries frozen in water with hot water to loosen the ice block. Float block in punch.

- Rinse six 1-cup plastic containers and lids with boiling water. Dry thoroughly. In a large bowl, mash berries; transfer to a Dutch oven. Add kiwi, lemon juice and ginger. Stir in pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly., Stir in sugar; return to a full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. , Remove from heat; skim off foam. Immediately fill all containers to within 1/2 in. of tops. Wipe off top edges of containers and cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. Cover and let stand at room temperature 24 hours., Jam is now ready to use. Refrigerate up to 3 weeks or freeze extra containers up to 12 months. Thaw frozen jam in refrigerator before serving.

- Dissolve Jell-O into boiling water. Add cold water and sugar; when mixed, add pineapple juice and mix again. Freeze overnight. Take out of freezer a couple of hours before serving. Serve with vodka or 7-Up or gingerale. **NOTE: For non-alcoholic version, just add more pineapple juice or water to replace the vodka. Kids will love it this way!
