1 stalk fresh rhubarb leaves removed (stems chopped in 1-inch chunks *SEE NOTES)
½ pint fresh strawberries stem removed
8 ounces of milk or coconut milk
1 banana fresh or frozen is delicious too!
1/2 cup ice
½ teaspoon bee pollen optional

Steps:
