STRAWBERRY-ROSEMARY YOGURT POPS

Strawberry-Rosemary Yogurt Pops image

We planted strawberries a few years ago and these tangy-sweet frozen yogurt pops are my very favorite treats to make with them! The options are endless. Try using other yogurt flavors like lemon, raspberry or blueberry. You may also substitute your favorite herb for the rosemary-or simply omit it. -Carmell Childs, Ferron, Utah

  • Start by washing your strawberries. Set 6 strawberries aside to be added later. If you don't want pieces of fresh fruit in your popsicles don't set any strawberries aside. Cut the tops off and quarter the remaining strawberries then add them to the blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend them on high until all the ingredients are incorporated and there are no more large visible pieces of strawberries left.
  • Pour the mixture from the blender into a bowl. Dice the reserved strawberries and stir into the blended mixture. Transfer the mixture into a container that makes it easy to pour into the popsicle molds. I used a large pyrex measuring cup.
