SUN-DRIED TOMATO DRUMSTICKS
In this easy recipe, chicken drumsticks get a quick marinade with KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing before they're roasted to juicy perfection.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450ºF.
- Mix dressing and paprika until blended. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture; pour remaining over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat drumsticks. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken in single layer in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (165ºF), brushing with reserved dressing mixture for the last 5 min.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
- Wash and halve tomatoes. Gently squeeze out the seeds. Place the tomatoes on a non-stick cookie sheet, and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Bake until tomatoes take on a leathery texture. This could literally take all day; smaller pieces will require less oven time.

I tried a sample of this at Costco and it was so good, I bought a huge jar of the tomatoes just so I could repeat this at home. I am almost embarrassed to share this, as it is so incredibly simple, but they were so good. I am guessing on the amounts.

- NOTE: If your sundried tomatoes do not already have Italian seasoned herbs in their oil, you will need to first stir in 1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning blend to your tomatoes, then cover and chill overnight.
- Drain off the oil from your tomatoes.
- Spread a generous spoonful of cream cheese onto each cracker and top with a strip of marinated sundried tomato.
- Place onto a platter and garnish with strips of fresh basil leaves, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
- (You may need more or less or any of the ingredients- the Zaar computer only accepts specific amounts, so I have tried to give you a rough guess).

Does the world really need another meat loaf recipe? YES...this one! I have converted three meat loaf haters into meat loaf lovers with this recipe. It's now the only recipe I use, and I make it with turkey. If you are lucky enough to have leftovers, you will enjoy a really delicious meat loaf sandwich.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a loaf pan, preferably glass.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and saute for 5 minutes; add celery and continue cooking until veggies are very tender, about 15 minutes longer.
- Transfer to large bowl.
- Add all remiaining ingredients except ketchup to vegetables in bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer to prepared pan and press mixture down well, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Spread ketchup on taop and bake about 15 minutes longer.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- slice and serve.
