3 tbsp defatted almond flour
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
(optional) sesame or chia seeds

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C. Add all of the ingredients (except for the sesame and chia seeds) into a bowl and knead with your hands until you get a smooth dough. Form the dough to equal-sized balls and (optional) sprinkle a few chia or sesame seeds on top of them. Place the balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and press them down a little bit to get your typical "bun shape". Bake the buns for about 15 minutes in your preheated oven. Enjoy your keto buns warm or cold.
