2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn
2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package jalapeno cornbread mix

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Make a one dish meal by adding 2 1/2 cups cubed leftover ham.
