Use brick cream cheese for a spread, or spreadable cream cheese for a dip. Serve with crispy crackers, toast, or bagels.

1 (8 ounce) container cold pack aged sharp Cheddar cheese (such as MacLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese product)
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 dash hot sauce, or to taste

1/2 cup roasted salted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup honey
mint, for garnish
berries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Spread the sunflower seeds on a piece of wax paper. Roll the goat cheese log in the sunflower seeds on all sides and on the ends. You will need to firmly press the seeds into the cheese to make them stick.
  • Place cheese on serving platter and drizzle honey all over the top. Garnish with any leftover seeds, mint, and the nicest looking berries you can find. Serve with crackers.

  • Mix all ingredients together and spread in glass pie plate or any oven safe serving dish.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until spread is bubbly.

1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup butter, cubed

1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, onion and garlic salt. Shape into a disk; transfer to a serving plate., In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
8 Ritz crackers

Steps:

  • put 3 tbs of butter or margarine into microwaveable cup and microwave for 20 seconds or until melted.
  • put 4 tbs of cream cheese in with butter, mix.
  • when cheese and butter are about half way mixed, add 1 tbs of sugar.
  • when mixed throughly, add the other tablespoon of sugar and blend throughly.
  • chill mixture in freezer for 10 minutes, or chill in refridgerator for an hour (recomended).
  • stir with butter knife, then spread evenly onto crackers.
