TANGY PEPPERCORN CHICKEN MARINADE



Tangy Peppercorn Chicken Marinade image

When I want to prepare chicken for the freezer, I usually come to this recipe. Any fresh herbs works well in this marinade.

Yield 3/4 cup

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 -3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 garlic, minced
1 tablespoon black peppercorns, coarsely cracked
2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Place chicken in a zip lock bag and add marinade. Marinate for up to 2 days.
  • Prepare the barbecue.
  • Cook the chicken for 20 - 30 minutes or until cooked.

2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
16 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine garlic, paprika, black pepper, teriyaki, and apple cider vinegar. Add chicken, cover and marinate overnight.
  • Grill chicken and serve with teriyaki rice, over a salad, or with fajita fixings.
