1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in food processor or blender.
  • Mix until thoroughly blended (about 2-4 minutes).
  • Transfer into flavor injector and inject turkey in several places.
  • Deep fry turkey as usual (about 3 minutes per pound).
