Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F Spread jalapeno jelly into the bottom of pie shell.
- In a bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples, toss and spoon into pastry shell.
- Sprinkle jalapeno pepper over apples.
- For topping, combine sugar, flour and butter with a pastry blender to form crumbly mixture.
- Stir in grated cheese.
- Sprinkle over pie.
- Bake 45 minutes, or until golden.
APPLE PIE TACOS RECIPE BY TASTY

- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- Peel and core the apples. Soak the peeled apples in a large bowl filled with water and lemon juice so they won't brown. Working one at a time, thinly slice the apples.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the apple slices and sprinkle with the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir continuously and cook until the apples are soft, about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Make the taco shells: Using a cookie cutter or the lid of a mason jar, cut out 14 small circles from the tortillas.
- Brush the small tortilla rounds with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar. Shape the cut-out tortillas to look like taco shells and place between the cups of an upside-down muffin tin to hold their shapes.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the taco shells cool until easy to handle.
- Spoon the apple pie filling into the taco shells. Top with small scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.

- In a blender or food processor, place the jalapenos, half of the green peppers and 1/2 cup vinegar; cover and process until pureed. Transfer to a large Dutch oven. , Repeat with remaining green peppers and another 1/2 cup vinegar. Add the sugar, cayenne and remaining vinegar to pan. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Quickly stir in pectin. Return to a rolling boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. , Remove from the heat; skim off foam. Add food coloring if desired. Carefully ladle hot mixture into hot half-pint jars, leaving 1/4-in. headspace. Remove air bubbles; wipe rims and adjust lids. , Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water canner. Serve over cream cheese with crackers if desired.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line the bottom of a deep-dish pie plate with 1 pie crust.
- Combine apples, brown sugar, molasses, corn syrup, cornstarch, rum extract, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix well and pour over the crust. Cover with top crust. Cut slits into the dough and crimp the edges. Wrap bottom and sides of the pie plate in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden brown, 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool for 15 to 20 minutes and serve with caramel syrup drizzled on top.

- Pour pie filling into 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with pineapple. Do not stir. Sprinkle cake mix over pineapple. Sprinkle coconut over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts over coconut and pour melted margarine over all.

- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Sprinkle both sides of one of the pie crusts with flour and rub all over. Press the pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate (glass or ceramic recommended). Spread the hot pepper jelly on the bottom of the pie crust. Set aside.
