Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup mango cheek (2 small mangoes cubed)
1 cup pineapple chunk (1/2 small pineapple)
1 large orange
300 g ice (or amount needed for correct consistency)

Steps:

  • Place all the fruit and about half the ice in the TM bowl. Slowly turn the dial from 1-10 - take about 20 seconds. Use the spatula to make sure the mixture mixes all the way to the bottom.
  • Add in the remaining ice. Slowly turn the dial from 1-10 as above.
  • Serve immediately!

2 medium ripe bananas, peeled
1/2 pineapple, peeled and cored
3/4 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice or 3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup passion fruit juice (or pulp, may substitute with tangerine juice)
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons dark rum
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Steps:

  • Cut the bananas and pineapples into small chunks.
  • Puree the fruit in a blender along with the tangerine juice, passion fruit juice or pulp, sugar, rum, and lime juice until very smooth.
  • Chill the mixture thoroughly, then freeze it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

150 g strawberries
350 g ice
water

Steps:

  • Process the sugar on Speed 9 for 10 seconds.
  • Add the strawberries and ice. Slowly move the dial from Speed 1 to 10 until the mixture is smooth. This will take about one minute.
  • Add water as necessary to keep the blades spinning.
