PEPPERONI PIZZA CASSEROLE
A cheesy casserole with all of your favorite pizza toppings. I like to serve this with a salad and garlic bread. The leftovers are great. I have prepared this in advance and then taken it to potlucks in a slow cooker the next day.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking the meat apart into crumbles as it cooks, about 10 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water until cooked through yet slightly firm, about 5 minutes; drain.
- Mix the noodles with the cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling, 30 to 45 minutes.

PEPPERONI PIZZA CASSEROLE
I made this using Turkey Italian sausage and Turkey Pepperoni in hopes of cutting down on the fat. We could not tell the difference in taste between the turkey products and beef or pork. And it is very good and very easy. Serve with Italian bread and green salad. Enjoy

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On the stovetop, bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain. Return the pasta to the pot.
- Meanwhile, in a saute pan over medium heat, cook the sausage; drain. Add the sausage, spaghetti sauce and mushrooms to the pasta and stir to combine. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and half the pepperoni slices.
- Spread pasta mixture into a lightly greased 9"x13" pan. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Arrange remaining half of pepperoni slices over top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

- Combine ground beef, green pepper, and onion in 2-quart casserole. Cook, covered, on Full Power for 4 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink. Stir halfway through cooking time. Drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cook, covered, on Full Power for 6 1/2 to 9 minutes, or until mixture comes to boil. Stir. Continue cooking on Power Level 4 for 8 to 12 minutes, or until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.

This recipe is a new one I attempted tonight and my husband, who is VERY picky, absolutely loved it! I used onion powder so he wouldn't know it was there, but I suggest using fresh onion. You can also add any other pizza veggies and meats you enjoy.

- Brown hamburger meat and pepperoni along with onion powder and minced garlic.

While I was recovering from surgery, a friend brought this over for dinner for us. We all enjoyed it but the kids really loved it. They bugged me until I got the recipe!

- Brown the ground beef and onion together in frying pan.
- Drain fat.
- Mix the spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and beef together and then pour onto cooked noodles.

- Set oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet cook ground beef with onion, garlic and green pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain fat.
- Add in 3 tablespoons (or more) grated Parmesan cheese; stir to combine.
- Add in pizza sauce, chopped pepperoni, herb seasoning and mushrooms; mix to combine and bring to a simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile in another bowl combine milk, oil and eggs; beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer.
- Stir in flour, salt and cayenne; mix to combine; set aside.
- Spoon the ground beef mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated mozzeralla cheese on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped bacon.
- Pour the batter over cheese, spreading evenly to cover completely.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Up to this point you can cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Delicious!
